Qualifications

• Experience in senior client-facing roles within consulting, professional services, technology, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at director level or above.
• Strong commercial acumen: read a P&L, structure proposals, and defend pricing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience selling technology or AI-related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships from discovery through contract signature and delivery oversight.
• Translate business problems into concrete solution briefs for technical teams.
• Act as commercial conscience of engagements and ensure KPI delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape client strategy.
• Navigate complex engagements with autonomy and accountability.
