Job summary

Freshminds, in partnership with a leader in AI consulting, is seeking a Director to head up the Life Sciences and Pharma division in London. You will bring 5-8 years in top-tier strategy consulting and deep domain expertise to drive transformative AI engagements.

You will lead commercial growth within pharma accounts, negotiate with C-suite executives, mentor cross-functional teams, and translate complex data concepts into practical, innovative use cases for clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in MBB or equivalent strategy consulting.
• Experience in Life Sciences and Pharma sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to sell AI consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth of pharma accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations with C-suite executives.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional commercial teams.
