Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Life Sciences Program Executive to lead high-impact AI and digital transformations for top Life Sciences customers in the UK. You will govern multi-workstream programs, manage P&L, and steer executive committees across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medtech sectors.

You will guide adoption of Agentforce and Life Sciences capabilities, align IT with business processes, and drive measurable value while collaborating with global teams in a hybrid London office.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services or management consulting delivery with enterprise program execution and financial outcomes.
• 5+ years in Life Sciences with commercial/operational priorities.
• Demonstrated track record leading large enterprise programs ($10M+) from inception to readiness.
• Hands-on experience applying AI productivity tools or automation in delivery contexts.
• Proven experience managing program P&L, earned value, revenue forecasting, and margins.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with third-party integrators across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for multi-million-dollar Life Sciences transformations.
• Lead executive steering committees with C-suite and IT leaders.
• Define program strategy, governance, delivery methods, and success metrics.
• Manage engagement P&L, revenue forecasting, and margins.
• Embed AI tools and agentic workflows into delivery operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Product, and Support.
