Job summary

Faculty in London is expanding its Life Science AI team. We seek an Associate to scope, build and deliver impactful AI projects for pharmaceutical clients, building trusted client relationships and translating requirements into practical solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts and engineers to drive value in real-world healthcare applications. You’ll contribute to open-source analyses, design user-centered workflows, and help align delivery with client goals and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience delivering AI projects in a commercial setting.
Experience with Life Sciences clients or in a Life Sciences company.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into practical deliverables.

Responsibilities

Own and manage AI project work streams for pharmaceutical clients.
Collaborate with Life Sciences stakeholders to define user needs and success metrics.
Conduct open-source analysis to support AI tool development.
Translate operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery teams.
Design and test workflows enabling data-driven decision making in high-stakes environments.
Work with technical teams to ensure projects meet client needs and timelines.
Contribute to internal thought leadership and capability development.
