Job summary

CEM, a global data and insights firm, seeks a Director, Client Coverage to lead LGPS client relationships across the UK, leveraging a local team and Royal Tunbridge Wells office. You will drive executive engagement with pension clients and collaborate across Research, Product Development, Marketing and Production to maximize value from our benchmarking solutions.

Qualifications

• Strategic experience managing and growing strategic client relationships.
• Consultative, commercially minded approach with growth opportunities while building long-term partnerships.
• Confident in engaging senior executives and Boards with clear insights.
• Strong strategic thinking including account plans and driving outcomes.
• Analytical mindset translating client needs into actionable insights.
• Experience within pensions, institutional investments or related finance sectors.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Business degree; MBA or CFA are assets.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 to 50 LGPS clients across the UK.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming their trusted advisor.
• Deliver annual benchmarking presentations to executive leadership and Boards.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through additional research and advisory solutions.
• Partner with Research, Product Development, Marketing and Production teams to influence future products.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies for each client.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
• Contribute client feedback to support innovation and new product development.
• Support ad hoc initiatives across client coverage and business development as needed.
