CEM is seeking a Director, Client Coverage to lead a portfolio of LGPS clients across the United Kingdom. You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders and translate complex insights into actionable strategies with cross-functional teams including Research, Product Development and Marketing.

In this growth-focused role, you will drive benchmarking programs, advise on advisory solutions, and shape future offerings while travelling up to 20% across the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record managing strategic client relationships in pensions or institutional investments.
• Consultative, commercially minded approach with growth opportunities.
• Ability to engage senior executives and Boards with clear insights.

Aufgaben

• Manage approximately 30–50 LGPS clients across the UK.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders; act as trusted advisor.
• Deliver benchmarking presentations to executive leadership and Boards.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement with additional research and advisory solutions.
• Collaborate with Research, Product Development, Marketing and Production to shape offerings.
• Develop account plans and growth strategies for each client.
• Represent the company at industry events and provide client feedback for product roadmaps.
• Travel ~20% and support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
