Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or Above)

Caterham, Surrey | Full-Time | From £14 per hour (experience dependent)

A welcoming and modern early years setting in Caterham, Surrey is looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing nursery, where your ideas, creativity and ambition will be valued from day one.

The setting currently has 14 children on roll, with registration capacity for up to 90 children, creating huge potential for growth and internal progression. The staff team is small and friendly, with 4 practitioners working across 3 rooms. Existing staff describe the nursery as the best place they've ever worked, thanks to the open, staff-focused culture.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 8am-6pm, within nursery opening hours of 7:30am-6:30pm. The role involves supporting high-quality early years practice, helping to build the identity of a growing setting, and contributing to a caring, child-focused atmosphere.

The nursery uses an online-based system, meaning less paperwork and more time spent engaging with children.
