Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 may be considered).
• Experience in a nursery, preschool or childcare setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Reliable, enthusiastic and keen to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key person for a group of children.
• Support children's routines, development and wellbeing through responsive care.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support learning.
• Observe and record progress in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and work with families.
