Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Sawston

£13.70 - £14.70 per hour

Randstad is currently looking for experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to fill a role available at a beautiful nursery in and around Sawston. The nursery is recognised for offering a bright environment and welcomes all with open arms. If you are a passionate Nursery Practitioner and would bring exciting ideas to support learning development in children, this can be a perfect role for you.

This setting promotes learning in all-weathers with a large outdoor learning and play area which the children access on a daily basis. This particular role is for someone who is looking to advance their career in early years and is looking for a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and will be happy spending time outdoors come rain or shine!

Responsibilities
  • Providing engaging and interactive activities for the children within the toddler room
  • Communicating with parents and carers over pupils\' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents\' evenings and whole school training events
  • Creating inviting activities for the children in your care
  • Teaching basic life skills to the children such as general hygiene and good manners
Requirements
  • Early Years Qualification (Level 3)
  • Relevant childcare experience (Must be able to provide 2 professional references)
  • Enhanced child DBS on an update service or willingness to apply for one
  • Good knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (this is essential)
