Job summary

ESP Global Services is seeking a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support on-site in Witney. The role involves diagnosing and resolving day-to-day hardware, software, OS and connectivity issues, with a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per year depending on experience and an initial 12-month contract with renewal potential.

You'll handle desktop and peripherals, support AD and VPN, and take part in enterprise infrastructure activities as part of a collaborative technical team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT support experience.
• Strong foundation in desktop support and end‑user troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop environments and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Install, support and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors and printers.
• Provide hands‑on PCs break/fix and deskside support to end users.
• Support Windows OS and desktop applications.
