ESP Global Services is seeking a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support on-site in Witney. As a Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be one of the first points of technical support onsite, diagnosing and resolving day‑to‑day hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll ideally have 1–3 years' experience in IT infrastructure, desktop, deskside or end‑user support, together with a practical understanding of:
You’ll need strong communication and customer‑service skills, good troubleshooting instincts and the confidence to work independently while knowing when an issue requires escalation.
The role also involves the physical installation and movement of IT equipment, so you must be comfortable undertaking the normal manual‑handling requirements associated with desktop and infrastructure support.
