Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established lettings team in Scotland. You will manage a portfolio of over 100 residential properties, ensuring tenancy and property management tasks are handled efficiently while complying with Scottish legislation.

We value strong customer service, organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. ARLA qualifications are preferred, with full training provided to achieve relevant professional credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Property Manager, Residential Lettings or similar role.
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100+ residential properties.
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractors.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant enquiries, complaints and property-related issues.
• Oversee tenancy administration, including move-ins, move-outs and tenancy changes.
• Ensure full compliance with Scottish residential tenancy legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Instruct contractors, obtain quotations and monitor the progress and quality of works.

Salary: DOE
Location: Stirling, Linlithgow, Grangemouth
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to join our established and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for residential lettings who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100+ residential properties, ensuring all aspects of tenancy and property management are handled efficiently, professionally and in line with current Scottish legislation.

• Experience using SME Professional or other property management software.
• ARLA-qualified or currently working towards a relevant property qualification.
• Additional qualifications within property, housing or customer service.
