Linley and Simpson in Headingley is hiring a Lettings Negotiator for a full-time, permanent position. You will liaise with prospective tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and oversee referencing, helping tenants move into their new home.

We value a natural people person with strong negotiation skills, integrity and a customer-focused mindset. The role offers an uncapped OTE of up to £32,000 and a supportive benefits package through our Lomond platform.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
