Linley and Simpson in Headingley is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy team. In this full-time, permanent role you’ll liaise with prospective tenants, qualify their needs and match them to suitable properties, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and oversee referencing to hand over keys.

You’ll be commercially aware and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience while following office procedures and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and matching to a home.

• Email property alerts and complete landlord care and feedback calls weekly.
• Follow office procedures, policies and KPI guidance.
• Be commercially aware to spot opportunities to win new business.
