Job summary

Connells Group in Falmouth is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Miller residential lettings team. You will generate and book rental valuations, conduct property viewings, and negotiate terms to secure lets.

You'll benefit from industry-leading training and a clear career ladder while earning a basic salary of £25k with uncapped commission; progression opportunities across Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, and other specialist services.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
