Job summary

Connells Group in Truro is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our Miller lettings team. The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and a clear career progression path.

You will generate rental valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate lets and progress them to move-in, delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords. Industry-leading training and a high-performance environment await.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
