Job summary

Connells Group in Plymouth is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join the Fulfords residential lettings team. This entry-level role provides full training and exposure to lettings, sales, mortgage services, land, and other specialist services within one of the UK's leading property brands.

You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey, with a clear career ladder and opportunities for progression.

£25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission Clear Career Progression

To be successful as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will:

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service


• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented


• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)


• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
