Job summary

Connells Group in Newquay is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our residential lettings team. You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings and negotiate lets, driving the process from booking to move-in.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression within a leading property services company. A full UK driving licence and IT literacy are expected.

Qualifications

• Ideally have lettings or sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
• Progressing lets through to move-in
