Job summary

Connells Group in Plymouth is seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our successful lettings team. This entry-level role offers full training, exposure to Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes, with a clear career ladder and progression within Connells Group.

You'll generate valuations, book rental appraisals, conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the lettings journey as you build a rewarding property career.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Strong IT literacy with MS Office, internet and email.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
