Job summary

Connells Group in March is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join the William H Brown residential lettings team. You will deliver outstanding service to tenants, generate valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate lets to drive business results.

The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and uncapped commission in a supportive, high-performance environment. A UK driving licence and a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator
