Job summary

Connells Group in Muswell Hill is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the Barnard Marcus lettings team. The role offers industry-leading training and a clear career ladder with exposure to Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other services.

The position offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and opportunities to progress within a leading UK property services brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or sales is desirable.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be organised, numerate and detail-oriented; IT literate with MS Office and email systems.

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
• Progressing lets through to move-in

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
