Job summary

Connells Group in Waterlooville is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our Mann residential lettings team. You will deliver outstanding service and drive results, with a focus on generating rental valuations and progressing lets.

This role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder and the potential to earn uncapped commission on top of a £25k basic salary.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer care and service.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals


• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants


• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets


• Progressing lets through to move-in

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
