Job summary

Connells Group in Falmouth is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join the Miller residential lettings team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, generating valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating lets and progressing to move-in.

The position offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, a supportive high-performance environment and opportunities to progress across Lettings, Sales, Mortgage Services, Land and New Homes, within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
