Unico Recruitment London is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful estate agency with strong growth. You will manage tenant and landlord relationships, oversee lettings administration and drive performance across the branch.

The role requires at least two years in lettings, a year in management, and solid knowledge of tenancy legislation. You will lead and develop the lettings team, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years lettings experience with at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Experience valuing lettings with demonstrable conversion rates.
• Strong knowledge of lettings processes, tenancy legislation and property management.

Lettings Manager

Our client are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful Estate Agency who have seen incredible growth in 2026 and the plans for 2027 are even more impressive

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Lettings Administration: Handling all paperwork, tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated documentation.
• Compliance & Legislation: Ensuring all lettings activities comply with current legislation and industry standards.
• Sales and Business Development: Identifying opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and generate new business.
• General Administration & Reporting: Supporting the team with administrative tasks and reporting on lettings performance.
• Team Management and leadership: Leading, coaching and developing the lettings team to meet and exceed branch forecasts.

About you

• Minimum 2 years experience in lettings, and a minimum of 1 year in a Senior Negotiator or Management role is essential.
• Experience of lettings valuing, with demonstratable conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of lettings processes, tenant legislation, and property management best practices.
• Knowledge of the local area and market in which we operate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
