Job summary

Unico Recruitment London is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join a successful estate agency with strong growth. You will manage tenant and landlord relationships, oversee lettings administration and drive performance across the branch.

The role requires at least two years in lettings, a year in management, and solid knowledge of tenancy legislation. You will lead and develop the lettings team, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years lettings experience with at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Experience valuing lettings with demonstrable conversion rates.
• Strong knowledge of lettings processes, tenancy legislation and property management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with tenants and landlords to address queries promptly.
• Handle all lettings paperwork, tenancy agreements and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio and generate new business.
• Provide team support, reporting on lettings performance.
• Lead and develop the lettings team to meet branch forecasts.
