• Experience in residential lettings
• Strong knowledge of lettings processes and housing legislation
• ARLA Level 3 qualification preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving performance

We're looking for a Lettings Manager to join a leading Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Housing (SFH) Operator to take the lead of a busy team, overseeing the lease-up of new residential developments and the re-let of established portfolios. In this role, you'll manage and motivate a team of Lettings Negotiators, ensuring high performance, full compliance, and exceptional service delivery. You'll play a key part in driving occupancy, maximising rental income, and delivering a seamless experience for tenants and clients alike.
