Job summary

Connells Group in Taunton seeks a Lettings Manager to lead the residential lettings team, drive growth and deliver outstanding service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, valuations and listings while building long-term relationships in the local market.

As Lettings Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Taunton residential lettings team. You will lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive market share and ensure outstanding service for landlords and tenants. You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, support valuations and listings, and build strong, long-term relationships within the local property market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you can make a real impact while progressing your career.
