Working closely with hands-on directors, you will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, conduct market valuations, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to support growth and compliance across the local market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential lettings at senior level.
• Track record of generating new business and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the lettings department on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive lettings performance, increase instructions and market share.
• Proactively generate new business with landlords and investors.
• Conduct market appraisals and rental valuations with expert guidance.
• Coach and develop the lettings team and monitor performance.
• Oversee marketing, enquiries, viewings, negotiations and progression.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Handle complex enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with directors to identify growth opportunities.
