Job summary

GCB Recruitment is recruiting a Lettings Manager to oversee a successful lettings division in Penryn. This senior role will lead front-end and back-end teams, oversee portfolio performance and deliver excellent service to landlords and tenants.

You will drive occupancy and rent reviews, manage property listings, and develop the team through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. A proven leadership background in residential lettings and a full UK driving licence are essential.

• Proven senior-level experience within the lettings or property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings sector.
• Previous management or team leadership experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experienced in residential lettings and ready to take the next step into a senior management position?

We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to oversee a successful and established Lettings division in the Penryn area. This is a varied senior-level opportunity for an experienced property professional who can lead a team, oversee portfolio performance, and deliver an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants.

The role will involve overseeing both front-end and back-end teams, including Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers. Our client will consider experienced Lettings Managers or Senior Property Managers with proven management experience.

The Role
