Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior experience in a Senior Lettings position with a proven track record in securing new business.
• Line management experience.
• Listing & valuation experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the operations of the Lettings team.
• Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties.
• Accountable quality of customer care.
• Meet and exceed targets for the Lettings business.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
• To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
• Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
• Staff training and development.
• Manage the overall success of the Lettings team.

Lettings Manager

This role is suitable for a competent Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step up the ladder in their career, or perhaps an existing Lettings Manager who is unhappy where they currently are and are seeking a more robust long term career with a forward thinking company.

Package on offer:

• £25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
• £40,000+ On Target Earnings
• Company Car
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Lettings Manager - Duties
