Job summary

GCB Recruitment is recruiting a Lettings Manager in West Lothian to lead the lettings department, drive growth, and support the sales team when needed. You will list properties, conduct valuations, and secure new instructions, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

The role requires a proven track record in lettings, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Manager, or similar level role
• Proven ability to win instructions and let properties successfully
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth and success of the lettings department
• List residential properties to the rental market
• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Support the sales team during busy periods when required
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase market share
