Job summary

Carter Jonas in Bath is seeking a proactive Co-ordinator to join our Residential Lettings team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage tenancy progression, prepare agreements, conduct compliance checks, and act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring a smooth, compliant journey from application to move-in.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer tenancy progression for the Residential Lettings team.
• Prepare, issue and manage tenancy agreements and docs.
• Carry out compliance and AML checks and Right to Rent checks.
• Register tenancy deposits accurately and timely.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and third-party providers.
• Answer calls and emails; provide efficient admin support.
• Support referencing and application processes; ensure documentation is received.
• Maintain records and update internal systems for compliance.
