Job summary

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Tenancy Operations Manager to join our Infrastructure Asset Management team in Birmingham. You will manage tenancy matters across a diverse portfolio, ensuring lease events, notices and legal processes are delivered efficiently and to client specifications.

You will work with clients, tenants, legal representatives and internal stakeholders to drive service excellence and improve processes. Proven leadership in property or legal environments is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or legal practice environment.
• Strong understanding of tenancy processes and ability to manage complex casework.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
• Organisational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and process rent reviews in line with client instructions.
• Oversee rent review disputes with internal/external parties.
• Manage Notice to Quit processes on behalf of clients.
• Prepare case summaries and legal instruction forms.
• Compile legal packs and evidence for tenancy proceedings.
• Serve as primary contact for client liaison on tenancy matters.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reporting to clients.
• Ensure data quality in legal and tenancy matters.
• Support debt recovery records and tenancy activity documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, tenants, finance and asset managers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service delivery.
• Assist with mobilisation of new contracts and portfolio instructions.
