Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Winchester team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation, coordinating maintenance and building strong landlord/tenant relationships.

The role includes a flexible work-from-home option one day per week and a competitive rewards package. We value proactive problem solvers with excellent communication and IT skills, holding or working towards ARLA Propertymark

Formación

• Experience in residential property management or lettings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
• Act as main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance issues and repairs with contractors.
• Conduct property inspections and prepare reports.
• Manage tenancy renewals and negotiate terms.
• Arrange check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy matters.
• Ensure properties comply with lettings legislation and safety requirements.
• Monitor rent payments and arrears.
• Maintain accurate property records and update CRM systems.
• Provide high level of customer service at all times.
