We’re looking for a forward-thinking, innovative Landlord & Tenant expert to join and support the growth of our national Lease Advisory team in this exciting, high-potential role. The role will be based in our Bristol office or London headquarters, One Chapel Place but operating across our main hub offices, giving us a rare and advantageous mix of national coverage and local expertise. The team is growing and works across the regions and collaborates closely with the wider Commercial division. This is your chance to be part of an established team, shaping and influencing the direction and strategy for national expansion. As a Landlord & Tenant specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver on high-profile assets, while fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and success.
You’ll be part of a small, established team of professionals, while playing a key role in securing new clients and nurturing long-term relationships. Your experience in managing diverse landlord & tenant matters and delivering successful outcomes will be critical to driving the team’s performance and supporting the wider business goals. We’ve built strong, long-term relationships with a range of clients, including: Scope, HS2, Royal Mail, Hertfordshire County Council, Network Rail.
You will ideally be MRICS qualified with significant experience across commercial real estate with a focus on Landlord & Tenant. You will have extensive knowledge of lease advisory both at a local and national level, with the ability to develop and foster client relationships across a range of high profile assets. Your experience will enable you to identify new opportunities and build business across the commercial division utilising your industry contracts. Finally, within this role you will lead and guide junior members, whilst also demonstrating ambition to continue with your own personal development.
