Gcb in Dunmow is seeking a Lettings Consultant to join a busy, award-winning property team. You will liaise with prospective tenants, match applicants to properties, coordinate viewings, and build strong landlord relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings/estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and competitive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and circumstances.

The Role

As a Lettings Consultant, you will:
