GCB Recruitment is helping a trusted estate agency in Dunmow recruit a Senior Lettings Consultant. The role focuses on valuations, landlord instructions, negotiations, and delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate viewings, and drive new business while maintaining precise record-keeping. A 25k–27k base with OTE up to 32k is on offer plus ongoing training and progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience.
• Strong knowledge of lettings process and local market.
• Confident, outgoing and well presented.
• Target-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

The Role

As a Senior Lettings Consultant, you will:

• Undertake rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions
• Negotiate with landlords and provide professional lettings advice
• Develop a strong understanding of the local lettings market
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Match applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Senior Lettings Consultant Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' current residential lettings experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process and local rental market
• Confident, outgoing, and professionally presented
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages
• Quick to learn and comfortable using bespoke software systems
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience
