GCB Recruitment is recruiting a Lettings Consultant for the Dunmow area. You will liaise with tenants, match applicants to rental properties, arrange viewings, and build strong landlord relationships to secure tenancies with competitive terms.

Full training is provided, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, pension, and progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, estate agency or lettings is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Lettings Consultant, you will:

Lettings Consultant Requirements
