Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant in Dunmow to join an award-winning estate agency. The role focuses on valuation, landlord instruction, and delivering exceptional lettings service within a busy, customer-facing team.

You will negotiate tenancy terms, coordinate viewings, and build strong landlord/tenant relationships while maintaining accurate records and using bespoke software. A driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' current residential lettings experience (essential).
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process and local rental market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, outgoing and professionally presented.

The Role
