Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator in the Great Dunmow area. You will manage landlord and tenant relations, conduct valuations and viewings, and progress lets through to completion.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission, ongoing training, and career progression within a well-established estate agency network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or similar
• Proven track record of generating new lettings business
• Strong knowledge of Great Dunmow and Essex lettings market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build credibility with landlords, tenants and clients
• Results-driven with a proactive, target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Professional, motivated and capable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
• Conduct rental valuations and advise on local market conditions
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and convert enquiries into lets
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets to completion
• Support junior negotiators and contribute to team performance
• Identify opportunities to grow lettings market share and portfolio
• Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with lettings legislation

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the branch's lettings operation, identifying new opportunities and guiding landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process.

• Results-driven with a proactive and target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
