We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join this award-winning Residential Lettings team in Dunmow Essex.

This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing, confident and conscientious individual. Candidates who live locally and have knowledge of Dunmow and the surrounding areas is an advantage, but not essential.

Senior Lettings Consultant Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary up to £27,000p/a, dependant on existing industry experience,
• Plus commission.
• Realistic OTE up to £32,000p/a.

Hours of Work

Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays with a day off during the week.

Branch openings hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.

Senior Lettings Consultant Duties will include:

• Undertaking rental valuations and negotiating with landlords to secure instructions to market.
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
• Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.

Senior Lettings Consultant Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years current experience in Residential Lettings is essential.
• Knowledge of Dunmow and the surrounding areas would be an advantage, but not essential.
• Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic and competitive.
• Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
• IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn bespoke 'in house' software packages without issue.
• Full UK driving license and own car
• A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
