Job summary

Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a confident, highly organised Trust Lettings Coordinator to oversee lettings and community use across our sites. You will coordinate bookings, liaise with schools and external partners, and line manage Community Duty Officers to ensure smooth, safe, and welcoming facilities.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication, with travel between Trust sites and flexible hours to cover evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, community facilities or a similar operational environment.
• Ability to coordinate staff and manage systems.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willlingness to travel between Trust sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lettings activities across Trust sites and manage enquiries and bookings.
• Liaise with schools, site teams, the Trust Finance Team, hirers and external organisations.
• Coordinate and line manage Community Duty Officers, including recruitment and induction.
• Maintain appropriate agreements, documentation, records, pricing and terms and conditions.
• Welcome hirers, provide facility tours, and share safeguarding information.
• Respond calmly to operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Support promotion and development of Trust facilities for sports and community use.
