Job summary

Affinity Learning Partnership is seeking a confident, well-organised Trust Lettings Coordinator to coordinate lettings and community use across our Trust sites. You will oversee day-to-day lettings, liaising with schools, site teams, the Finance Team and external organisations while supporting Community Duty Officers.

You will manage agreements, records, pricing and terms, welcome hirers, and provide tours as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, community use, leisure or facilities operations.
• Ability to coordinate staff and manage systems.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel between Trust sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lettings activities across Trust sites and manage lettings enquiries and bookings.
• Liaise with schools, site teams, the Trust Finance Team, hirers and external organisations.
• Coordinate and line manage Community Duty Officers, including recruitment and induction.
• Ensure appropriate agreements, documentation, records, pricing and terms and conditions are maintained.
• Welcome hirers and prospective customers, including tours of facilities where required.
• Ensure hirers receive operational and safeguarding information.
• Respond to operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Support promotion and development of Trust facilities for sports and community use.
