Job summary

haart Estate Agents invites an experienced Branch Manager to Enfield to take ownership of the branch, drive growth and set the culture from day one.

You will lead a high‑performing team, forge strong vendor/buyer relationships and guide the sales process from listing to close. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a track record in estate agency leadership and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for estate agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team and coach for KPI achievement.
• Monitor and assess team performance and conduct 1-on-1s.
• Drive new and repeat business and develop strong relationships with sellers and buyers.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales process while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Enfield

• Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
• Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
• Encourage your teams development and progression
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

Essential Skills of a Branch Manager at haart Estate Agents in Enfield

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
