Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Medway is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator. You will liaise with landlords and tenants, arrange viewings, and negotiate new tenancies while driving growth for the branch.

A driving licence and customer-focused approach are essential, along with an ability to work well in a team and deliver excellent service. You will benefit from an on-target earnings package exceeding £30,000 to £40,000 per year, a guaranteed commission for the first two months, uncapped

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to liaise with landlords and tenants and arrange viewings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvass and promote properties.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate
