Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Dartford, part of the Spicerhaart Group, is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to own valuations, secure new instructions and drive business growth. The role offers a strong commission structure, company car, and progression opportunities within a busy branch.

The candidate should be commercially minded with proven lettings experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a high-performing team. Interviews may be conducted via video.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies

• Assess/value properties for the market
• Market properties to tenants using marketing skills
• Generate new and repeat business
• Canvass the local area and support growth

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Dartford:

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Dartford:

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
