The ideal candidate has proven property administration experience, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to work independently.

Qualificações

• Experience in Property Administration is essential.

• Capable and organised with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
• Submitting insurance claims
• Arranging photographs and floor plans
• Arranging check outs
• Drawing up tenancy agreements
• Referencing new tenants
• Booking check ins and outs
• Helping the negotiators with admin duties
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents
