Salary: £24,000 Basic + Commission (£40,000–£45,000 OTE)
OR
Up to £35,000 Basic for a more Account Management–focused candidate
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm | No Weekend Work!

This rare opportunity is with a boutique independent agency that truly values integrity, long-term relationships and good old-fashioned service — with none of the heavy cold-calling or relentless new business targets.

The Opportunity:

This is a chance to join a respected, design-led estate agency in one of South West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. They’ve built a loyal client base and now need someone experienced to take on a dual Lettings Negotiator / Account Manager role, managing active tenancies and letting around 1–2 properties per week.

With minimal pressure for new business generation, you’ll focus on nurturing relationships, providing top-tier service, and ensuring that each let runs smoothly — from viewings through to handover.

What You’ll Do:

  • Let high-quality residential properties, handling enquiries and managing viewings
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing landlord clients
  • Manage the full lettings process from offer through to handover, before passing to the in-house admin team
  • Build rapport with applicants and tenants, offering a professional and friendly service throughout
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail when it comes to documentation, compliance and communication

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience in lettings – either as a Lettings Negotiator or in a Lettings Admin/Account Management capacity
  • A conscientious, chatty and switched-on personality – someone who’s warm, client-focused and takes pride in getting the details right
  • A genuine interest in delivering exceptional service, rather than chasing volume
  • Someone who values a supportive team culture and a sensible work-life balance

The Perks:

  • No Saturdays: Monday to Friday only
  • Tailored salary structure: £24k basic with £40–45k OTE for a Negotiator-style candidate; OR up to £35k+ basic for someone more Account Management focused
