Job Description:

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be key in maintaining and developing client relationships and strengthening our local market presence.

This is a remote position for candidates residing in the UK, preferably in or near London.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory;
• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) to enhance their performance;
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
• Follow-up with existing and new partners, providing system training;
• Represent the brand at the travel trade through product presentations and networking events;
• Address incident issues to ensure partner support;
• Oversee and ensure accuracy in transaction processing;
• Spend approximately 30% of your time on business trips, including client meetings and industry events;
• Conduct market and competitive environment analysis;
• Provide regular reports via CRM and internal systems;
• Develop and maximize API deals with current and potential partners.

Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1 year successful experience in the travel industry preferred;
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the regional travel market, including B2B networks;
• Language: Fluent in English;
• Travel: Up to 30% travel required;
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven, metrics-oriented, comfortable with numbers;
• Personal Skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, tech-savvy, adaptable to fast-changing environments, team-player;
