Role

About the Role...

As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the team in healthcare communication projects, gaining experience across the project lifecycle and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to London for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of healthcare communications projects
• Develop understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
• Manage references in Veeva Vault PromoMats
• Research market trends and competitors
• Assist in managing client budgets and external costs
• Manage small projects and coordinate with teams
• Proofread materials for accuracy
• Prepare reports and updates
• Collaborate within the team and contribute positively
• Communicate proactively about challenges
• Track time using EASL tools

About the Person...

• Bachelor’s degree in Biosciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong task prioritization and workload management
